Citizens Pact>ID Card
The Citizens Pact for Southeast Europe is a nongovernmental organization established with the goal to provide support to a network of nongovernmental organizations and local self-governments from all countries of the region. The network currently includes 117 member organizations from Serbia and Montenegro (including the internationally administered province of Kosovo), B&H, Croatia, Macedonia, Albania and Romania. The network was established in 2000, as a response to the establishment of the Stability Pact for the SEE. The founders’ intention was to support the process of creation of stability and democracy in the region through cross-border cooperation on local community level.
