A group of Non-Governmental Organizations from Belgrade submitted an initiative to the Skupstina of the Republic of Serbia (the Parliament) to adopt a Declaration on Srebrenica.
The Declaration on the Obligation of the State to Take the Appropriate Steps to Protect the Rights of War Crimes Victims, especially the Victims of Genocide in Srebrenica” was prepared and submitted by the YUCOM, the Centre for Cultural Decontamination, the Civic Initiatives, Helsinki Committee in Serbia, the Women in Black, the Belgrade Circle, the Humanitarian Law Centre and the Youth Initiative for Human Rights.
