Informal Education in Vojvodina: Browsing
The “Ukrstanje” Civic Association, in cooperation with “Forum Syd” and the Novi Sad Youth Club, started the implementation of the Centre for Promotion of Informal Education: Stage 2 – Browsing project, under the sponsorship of the Vojvodina Provincial Secretariat of Youth and Sports and under the auspices of the Youth Policy Action Plan implementation.
The realization started officially with the signing of an agreement at the Vojvodina Executive Council (provincial government), and the start of training for trainers programme which trained twelve trainers in the area of informal education.
This project aims to promote information education (NFE), information, increased sensibility and networking – both of the youth and all the other actors and interest groups – on future promotion, recognition and social acceptance of the value of NFE and life-long learning in Vojvodina.
The said aims will be achieved through ToT – for future education, networking, promotion, exchange and accumulation of information from the participants of the seminars and focus groups; monitoring of implementation of NFE programmes supported in the Youth Policy Action Plan, and, identification and registration in a database of youth organizations that implement NFE forms in their programmes and activities.
The project is implemented on the territory of Autonomous Province of VOjvodina. The Stage 2 – Browsing, will last for seven months and should be completed by the end of this year.
