During the five years of its existence, the organization has implemented a series of projects that included infrastructure, advocacy and capacity building.
Among its highly evaluated projects were:

Replenishment of the position of Bosniac community representative in the local structures

Annual school of journalism, in cooperation with “Mediawest” association,

Public debate on the topic of “Cooperation of local institutions with civil society and citizens”, that was implemented in cooperation with three other Albanian organizations and a Bosniac one

Traffic situation study in Pejë region, in cooperation with the environment organization “Aquila”,

Peace manifestation, “For Peace and Tolerance”, in cooperation with many local and international organizations

“Talents where are you?” a project that brought together gifted young people,

“Better integration” program – study on the needs of Bosniac community, public information, monitoring of Pejë municipal assembly, etc.
The main donors that supported numerous projects of NGO “Oaza” are the Forum of Democratic Initiatives – FDI, OSCE Department of Democratization and the Italian organization Intersos.
According to “Oaza” representative, many local NGO’s stagnate in their coverage of activities, they are forced to apply faster tempo and expand their activities in order to cover the deficiencies in respective fields. The priority activities identified to be implemented in the future for Bosniac and other minority communities of Pejë region are: Library, media, various sports and art clubs.
With the activities implemented so far, “Oaza” has created itself the image of “locomotive” which courageously and creatively pulls development processes of society democratization.
This has been achieved with concrete proposals, suggestions, arguments and surely through thorough profiling of organization’s structure and achieved results. “Oaza” and its activities continuously impact in authority instances and civil sector, not avouching prejudices of politicians’ division into “ethnic” and other denominations.
