Another NUNS Award for Investigative Story goes to NetNovinar Training Centre

Branislav Grkovic, participant in NetNovinar�s Investigative Journalism and Organized Crime training programme, won the award of the Serbian Association of Independent Journalists (NUNS) for investigative story.

Grkovic, journalist of �Radio 202�, has won the award in the category of journalists younger than 35 years of age, for his story Cyber Crime: Anonymous Abusers, published in Belgrade�s �Vreme� news magazine. Grkovic won an award last year, too, but for a radio programme.

The rationale provided by the jury states that Grkovic �...comprehensively investigated and explained the traffic of pornographic materials on internet, involving children, too, and shed light on inadequate Serbian legislation that regulates this field�.

This is the second year in a row, after Djordje Padejski in 2006, that the award goes to a participant in NetNovinar�s training centre.
