Ecologic Montenegro – Let’s Achieve It!

The Association of Young Environmentalists Niksic (AYEN) started the Ecologic Montenegro – Let’s Achieve It! project, which includes cooperation of political parties, nongovernmental sector and environmental experts in the area of public information about contents of environmental platforms of political parties in Montenegro.
AYEN believes that the project presents a perfect opportunity for political parties to upgrade their views and positions on environmental issues. The project is not aimed to criticize individual political parties, but to unify their platforms on environmental protection and conservation. - The new brochure, Ecopolitics will introduce the citizens to parties’ approach to the environment. It aims to support the political parties to improve their environmental programmes and platforms through sustainable development standards and democratic ethics, and to stimulate the political parties that haven’t identified their programmes in the area to do so – says AYEN. The brochure will be distributed to all political parties, state institutions, NGOs, legal entities and individual citizens. The project is financed by the U.S. Embassy in Podgorica. |
