RIVER SEE – Regional Integration through Volunteer Exchanges for Reconciliation of South Eastern Europe Programme, Partner of OneWorld South East Europe calls for a volunteer for placement at the HOME FOR ELDERLY KIKINDA, Serbia.
Required skills: We are looking for a volunteer with skills in pedagogy and psychology! Other requested skills: Creativity, Computer literate, Drivers license, Project cycle management, Researching, Organization skills, Working in group with elder people. Description of placement Volunteer will be involved in club for elder people, which functions as a spot for distribution of different kind of social support (material, informative, social, advisable, fun and procreative) where there will be a higher level of social protection on local level. By thoughtful gathering of old and people with special needs, and giving them different kind of services and content adjusted to their needs it will effect the improvement of social life of elder people. The Volunteer will be directly involved in preparing creative workshop, food delivering, preparing project proposals, organization different type of workshops. Duration of the placement is 6 months, start-up as soon as possible. The placement is open for citizens of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro and UNMIK Kosovo older than 18 years. Accommodation and pocket money provided.
