That Programme aims to contributed to developed communication and cooperation between Governmental and nongovermental sectors, facilitate the definition of positions and recommendations adopted by the civil society in general, and to contribute to greater CSO participation in the key processes related to implementation of Poverty Reduction Strategy Papers. Seven contact CSOs were engaged for this programme, covering youth, disabled persons, children, Roma, women, elderly, refugees and IDPs. The Civic Initiatives’ Youth Programme was selected to be the contact organization for the youth. The primary activities of CI’s Youth Programme are directed towards establishment of a system of two-way communication and flow of information between the PRS Implementation Team and other government institutions and CSOs. The Programme aims, in the long run, to create a sufficiently strong basis and instruments that would be functional after the project is completed. In that regard, CI invites youth organizations, as well as organization that develop programmes dedicated to youth related issues, to contact the six organizations listed here, or to write to nevenam@gradjanske.org.
