Support for Public Advocacy Activities in Serbia

The U.S. nongovernmental organizations Institute for Sustainable Communities (ISC), financed by USAID and implementing the Civil Society Advancement Initaitive Programme (CSAI), opened a competition, on September 17, for funding of projects submitted by experienced CSOs as support for their public advocacy activities in Serbia. The Deadline for submission of proposals expires on October 24, at 14:00 hours.

The competition aims to promote reform issues and question of national importance, from the context of Euro-Atlantic integrations, and to encourage and stimulate greater participation of citizens in all areas of public life, through CSO public advocacy activities.

The projects ought to promote and influence the strengthening of civil society in Serbia, through civic advocacy of European integrations and judicial, legislative and regulatory reforms.

ISC invites all potential applicants to participate in one of the presentations of the programme (for the schedule, visit CRNPS website), to learn more about procedure for submission of projects, forms, necessary documents and general terms and requirements of the competition.
