ECAS Scholarship Openings for Western Balkans, Turkey and Eastern Europe

The European Citizen Action Service – ECAS still has openings for its 2008 Scholarship Programme, for NGO leaders from Macedonia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Turkey, Ukraine and Russia.
ECAS encourages all those interested to spend one month at ECAS office in Brussels to contact them at elena.tegovska@ecas.org. The scholarship covers the Brussels accommodation and living costs, with visitors covering their own travel arrangements.
