KRIK Workshop in Tuzla

The network of local Coordinators for Campaign Development and Implementation (original acronym KRIK) held a strategic planning workshop today in Tuzla, at the House of the Flame of Peace.

With this workshop, the Vesta associaion from Tuzla completes the implementation of its Campaign for Observance of Children and Women Rights in BiH through the KRIK Network project, financially supported by the European Union.

The KRIK network was created under the auspices of the project, involving four other organizations in addition to Vesta - «Lara» from Bijeljina, «Telecentar» from Travnik, «Amica – Prijateljice» from Srebrenica and «Zemlja djece» (Land of Children) from Tuzla, through its «Pinkland» project in Banovići.

KRIK was gounded with the aim to provide a platform for advocating children and women rights in the country. With that goal in mind, the network started and implemented four public advocacy campaigns over he past six months, resulting in positive changes in observance of children rights in Travnik, Bijeljina, Banovici and Srebrenica.
