OW Call for Participation: UN Climate Conference in Bali

The UN Climate Conference starts in Bali, Indonesia, next Monday, December 3, gathering the world leaders for and event that will mark the start of the process that will decide the fate of the world. The conference will conclude its work on December 14.

OneWorld intends to help all those interested to speak on behalf of global justice and the impoverished communities of the world, who are the first to suffer as climate change grips the world ever more tightly.

For that purpose, Virtual Bali platform (on Second Life) will be prepared, to enable the people from all over the world to interact with the delegates of the conference, present them with their opinions and ask questions.

Another option is offered to those who can�t get onto Second Life, through OneClimate.net, OW�s climate-related social networking space.

December 8 and 9 are the days when key NGOs at Bali will be dealing head on with climate change and development - issues of poverty and adaptation.
