Delayed March 8 Action

The Women in Black will hold tomorrow, Saturday, March 15, at 12:00 hours, the “Delayed March 8” action, in protest of the decision to ban their peace march on March 8, the International Women’s Day.
- Prime Minister Vojislav Koštunica and those Ministers in the Government gathered around him, banned the March 8 peach march and performance, sending a clear message that he fully disregards even the elementary civic rights and freedoms, say WIB in a public statement. The Women in Black refuse to yield to bans, atmosphere of fear and covert state of emergency produced by the government. They will hold the Delayed March 8 Action under the motto Down with Bans, Violence and Fear! Free Citizens, Never Subjects to Anybody! |
