RS Government Adopts Draft-Law on Volunteering

The Government of the Republic of Srpska adopted yesterday the Draft-Law on Volunteering. Over the coming months, it is expected to organize a series of public debates on the Draft and all interested citizens and organizations are invited to take part in the process.
The Draft was prepared by a working group coordinated by the Ministry of Family, Youth and Sports, with representatives of the Ministry of Labour, Parliamentary Committee on Youth Affairs, OKC Banja Luka and RS Youth Council. The Law has been defined as priority of RS Youth Policies, and the nongovernmental sector has insisted that it is adopted for quite some time. All involved and interested parties hope that the final text of the Law will enter Parliamentary debate before the summer recess. |
