BHR1 Youth Programme

The Youth Programme of BH Radio 1 is a new programming package of the national public radio and most popular radio station in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

It is intended for the youth, but also to all those that feel young at heart and who will find some of the contents on offer interesting and attractive. Youth Radio will air on all BH Radio 1 frequencies (listed later in the article) every Monday, between 14:03 and 02:00 hours.

The programmes can be divided, roughly, into two parts � the first, information and news oriented in the first three hours on the air; and the second, entertainment and music oriented, in the rest of the air time.

The first part offers several topical blocs: Infopol, Čuj BiH!, and Kost u grlu, prepared and hosted by Youth Programme reporters from all parts of the country. After the Dnevnik (the central daily news programme), the programme turns to more music and entertainment, with Dopunska nastava Show (music, quizzes, trivia), specialized music shows prepared by authors well versed in specific musical genres.

The programme will also offer ample airtime to short creative works, like radio drama, Youth Programme News, specialized programmes on film, theatre, etc.

The last segment, after midnight, is open for various guest shows, live DJ sets, concerts, etc.
