Civil Society Media Award 2008

Macedonian Institute for the Media (MIM) announced the start of selection of the annual Civil Society Media Award 2008.

Over the two next months, until December 15, 2008, all registered non-governmental organizations in Macedonia are eligible to cast their votes, by mail to the Macedonian Institute for the Media, or online, filling the form on the MIM website.

NGOs will vote in several categories: Greatest contribution to promotion of civil sector on national level; greatest contribution to promotion of civil sector on local level; Programme, show or department in print and electronic media that makes major contribution to the promotion of the civil sector.

This is the third year the award will be given. Kanal 5 TV and A1 TV won the award in 2006 and 2007, respectively.
