Support for BiH Capacities Working on Transition Justice

UNDP, Ministry of Human Rights and Refugees and Minisry of Justice of Bosnia and Herzegovina implement the project for support to local capacities in the process of transition justice in BiH (the Transition Justice Project).
Under the auspices of the Project, UNDP and its partners will allocated micro-capital grants, financed by the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation and Development (AECID). Grants will be allocated to civil society organizations with projects directly related to one or more transition justice mechanisms or contributing to one or more focal areas: Dissemination of information; Raising of awareness; conflict resolution skills; exchange and dialogue; community mobilisation and reconciliation. The call for presentation of projects is open to all CSOs registered in Bosnia and Herzegovina. All the necessary paperwork is available at the UNDP office (Maršal Tito 48, Sarajevo) and can be ordered by request sent to nporobic@undp.ba, no later than November 20. The proposals have to be submitted by November 26, 2008, 17:00 hours. All proposals received after that deadline will not be taken into consideration. |
