DOSTA E! Press Conference
The Coordinative Body of the Civic Platform DOSTA E! (It is Enough!) will hold a press conference on December 16, 2003, at the offices of the NGO Infocentre in Skopje. The Press-Conference will be organized to mark the end of the Campaign for Voluntary Collection of Illegal Arms in the Republic of Macedonia. The event will be used to evaluate the campaign, but also to present the results from the "Can Macedonia Do Without Arms?" project.
The representatives of DOSTA E! believe that the public opinion campaign that followed the course of the Disarmament Campaign did not achieve its desired goals, and they will also present heir position on the role of the media, the participation and the support that the city Mayors offered to the campaign, as well as the work of the collection centres.
