ADP Zid Volunteer Centre: Voluntary Work in France, Italy and Portugal

zid Under the auspices of the programme for long-term exchange of volunteers, young people from Montenegro will have a chance this year to travel to Portugal, France or Italy and work as volunteers for a local NGO. Their term will last for six months, starting on March 15, 2004. It means that they should start the preparations for that activity as soon as possible, having in mind the notoriously long and complicated visa procedures. In order to be eligible for participation in the EVS volunteer exchange, in addition to owning a passport, fluency in English and youth (the age limit is 25 years of age), the candidates should have at least the basic knowledge of working in the non-governmental sector. If you are not a member of one of the numerous Montenegrin NGOs, you can come to our offices and spend some time in volunteer work, in order to learn from our staff about the responsibilities of volunteers in NGOs.
