Working Group on Draft-Law on Higher Education will Convene on October 29

The Working Group for preparation of the Law on Higher Education in B&H will define the draft-text of the Law at the next meeting scheduled for October 29, said for FENA Srdjan Arnaut, Member of the Group.

"We expect that a round-table discussion may be needed after the completion of the work of the Working Group, in order to get the opinions and positions of other participants in the process – students, professors, politicians – after which we could approach the Council of Ministers", says Arnaut.

The proposed Draft-Law on Higher Education, which went through the adoption procedure at the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, wasn’t accepted by the House of Nations of the Parliament.

The House of Nations gave the Council of Ministers the task to prepare a new proposal for the Law on Higher Education, which would respect and reflect the interests of all constitutive nations in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
